How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
- Your order will be shipped out within 4 business days if it is in stock and not a custom order. I am usually pretty good at shipping orders next day though!
How can I check the status of my order?
- You can check the status of your order through your confirmation email. You will receive a tracking link to keep an eye on your orders progress.
Can I modify the items on my order after it's been placed?
- Yes, but only if it has not been shipped out already. If you need to modify your order, please reach out to me asap to make sure I can accommodate you before I bring your order to the post office.
Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, but only if it has not been shipped out already. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to me asap to make sure I can accommodate you before I bring your order to the post office.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes! I ship worldwide!
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes! I offer free shipping within North America. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer free shipping internationally at this time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- This can vary a bit depending on where you are located. It can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks to receive your order. I am shipping from Canada, so if you live outside of North America, it may take longer for your order to arrive.
Can I expedite an order that's already been placed?
- It is recommended that you reach out to me before you place your order if you have any special shipping requirements. I may or may not be able to accommodate some shipping timeframes, depending on how fast you need your order to arrive.
How can I track my shipment?
- You can track your item through your shipping confirmation email that is sent after your item has been shipped! If you don't see this email, you can contact me and I will resend your tracking info!
What shipping carriers do you use?
- I use ChitChats for most shipments. Countries that do not have ChitChats locations will have their items shipped using Canada Post.
What if no one is available to receive my package when it arrives?
- Most packages do not require signature confirmation, so your post office may leave your package at your door. They may also leave a notice that they missed you with instructions on where to pick up your order.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
- If your package is returned, I will reach out to you and offer to reship your item. If the item is returned due to sender error, you will not be charged additional shipping. If the item is returned due to buyer error, you may have to pay shipping again to have your order resent. You can also choose to have your order refunded, minus shipping costs.

What is your return policy?

Returns can be made within 1 week of receiving your order provided the item has not been used. Custom orders can not be returned.
Do you offer free return shipping?
- No, items must be returned at buyers expense.
How do I initiate a return?
- First, you must contact me with your intention to return. I will provide you with a return address for the item. Once I have received the returned item and have confirmed it is in good condition, you will receive a refund for your order.
What happens after I submit my return request?
- You will wait up to 24hrs to receive an email back from me acknowledging your request. We will then initiate the return process.
How long do I have to return an item?
- Items must be sent back to me within one week of you receiving it to be eligible for return. The item doesn't have to reach me in one week, it just needs to be in the mail and on its way back to me.
How long until I receive my refund?
- You will receive your refund as soon as the item has returned to me and I can confirm it is in good, unused condition.

What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
- If there are any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I will be happy to assist you!
Can I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?
- Yes! If you would like a copy of your invoice, please reach out to me! You should receive an automatic confirmation email though with purchase info once you have placed your order.
